A healthier body gives a positive attitude , desired Happiness, Enjoyment, Pleasure, a successful life and all those thing which a life offers. A healthy body provide a sharp mind,
Energetic days , fresh mood and Good thoughts.
Differently, if we are not healthy , we will not gonna feel above life experiences...

DIET :-
Diet plays a huge role in being healthy. An apple of day keeps doctor away. Healthier diet provides a good body development as well as mind.This is our body and we have to care it as it is everything for us.Put food in side when you are sure about it because little bit of food can badly harm our body and it's our responsibility care our body. We should try not to eat fast food. It is hard to control over it immediately. But we can reduce it's assumption and after sometimes it will be negligible.
some food that we would must add to our diet:-
- more consumption of fresh Water
- regular use of Green vegetables
- protein use in meals e.g Broccoli,Milk,Egg, cheese,Meat, Fish,Almonds and others
- Fresh fruits e.g Apple,Grapefruit,Blueberries,Avocado
- regular consumption of Green Tea
- Choose bark potatoes over French Fries
- add salad to your diet
- Eat popcorn instead of chips
- less use of oily foods and others
above are regarding diet for a healthy body. Now some tips :-
- take a good sleep while night to relax your body
- walk more and more
- don't avoid physical work
- stay some distance from social network or devices
- take bath daily
- try to get up in morning
- never go through more than 2 or 3 day without exercise
- take miles on time also don't avoid Morning breakfast
- and also more

EXERCISES :-
Exercise also plays a huge role in being healthy as a good diet. Exercises were mentioned in ancient books and scripts as one of the most important part of life. Great person were always supported and preform it . “Exercise is king. Nutrition is queen. Put them together and you’ve got a kingdom.” — Jack LaLanne, Fitness Expert
YOGA is also a part of it. which is carried from great Leaders and Saints.Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India.
